Refund Policy

Returns will only be accepted for damaged or defective items. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. You can send an email to hello@everscentsbrand.com or send a message using the form on our contact page. Upon approval of your return, you will either receive replacement of the damaged/defective item, or a refund back to the original payment method for the price paid for that item, excluding shipping and any promotions/discounts.

Refunds will not be given for opened items, damaged/defective items that were received greater than 7 days ago, or for items that were misused or intentionally damaged.

If you are not happy with your order for any other reason, it is at the discretion of Everscents to offer a discount, refund, or replacement.
